Okay, y’all—this is going to be a fun one! Let’s talk TV. I’m a sucker for fall television. There’s just something about cozying up on the couch, throw blanket in hand, candle flickering, and diving into a good series after a long day.
Here are the shows I’m most excited about this fall (some returning favorites, some brand-new releases), and I’d love to hear which ones you’re watching too!
🔍 1. Only Murders in the Building – Season 5
Streaming on Hulu
Mystery. Murder. Comedy. And a podcast. I mean, it checks all the boxes for me.
Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez are back for another season of sleuthing at The Arconia. I adore their chemistry, and the mix of suspense and humor is pitch-perfect. This season teases new suspects, more secrets, and probably a few twists I won’t see coming. Can’t wait!
If you love true crime with a quirky twist, this one is a must-watch.
🎈 2. IT: Welcome to Derry – New Series
Debuting October on HBO Max
You know I’m a Stephen King fan, so this upcoming series is high on my fall TV list. IT: Welcome to Derry takes us back to the terrifying town—but this time, it’s a prequel to the movies. I’ve avoided most trailers because I don’t want anything spoiled, but from what I’ve read, it’s going to dig into the origins of Pennywise and the evil that haunts Derry.
If you’re into eerie vibes, layered horror, and dark storytelling, keep this one on your radar.
🛢️ 3. Landman – Season 2
Coming in November on Paramount+
Billy Bob Thornton. Texas oil fields. Family drama. Yes, please.
Season one of Landman was gritty, smart, and surprisingly emotional. With season two dropping in November, I’ve got questions: What’s going to happen with his character’s ex-wife and daughter? Will his son continue down the same path? What kind of power plays are brewing in the oil biz?
This show feels like Yellowstone-meets-Dallas—and I’m here for it.
⚡ 4. Stranger Things – Final Season
Coming Soon on Netflix
It’s bittersweet, but I’m also so ready to return to Hawkins one last time. We’ve grown up with these characters, and I can’t wait to see how it all ends. Will Eleven’s powers be enough? What will happen to Hopper and Joyce? How will the Upside Down be resolved once and for all?
Get your tissues (and your Eggo waffles) ready—it’s going to be a ride.
