Meal Planning for July: A Full Month of Dinner Ideas to Stay Organized and Save Money

One of my goals for July is to be better prepared — and meal planning is something I struggle with!

I’m not sure why meal planning is so hard for me. Maybe it’s because I never quite know what I want to eat, or because we have some picky eaters in the house. But this month, I decided to sit down with my calendar and plan our dinners for the entire month of July.

🍽 My goal:
✅ Eat out less
✅ Be prepared for grocery shopping
✅ Save money on food
✅ Reduce the daily stress of “what’s for dinner?”

Here’s what we plan to eat for dinner in July:

🌟 Keeping It Real

Let’s be honest — these meals may move around the calendar! Some days we’ll feel like swapping meals, or decide last-minute to eat out. But I do think having this written plan will really help me stick to a grocery list, reduce waste, and save money overall.
