There’s something refreshing about the start of July — a sense of mid-year possibility. It’s a natural moment to check in with the goals I set earlier in the year and make intentional adjustments to carry me into the months ahead with clarity and confidence. This month, I’m leaning into discipline, gratitude, and creativity across all areas of my life.
Financial Goals
I’m kicking off July with a determination to give my finances a strong mid-year tune-up. My primary focus is paying off two credit cards to free up space in my budget and reduce mental clutter. I’m also recommitting to tracking my spending across every category, including savings and charitable giving. The plan is simple: create the budget, respect the budget, and use it as a tool rather than a restriction.
Health Goals
Consistency is the theme of the month. My goal is to exercise at least three times each week — whether that’s a workout class, a walk, or a quick at-home routine. I’m also continuing my gratitude journal, which has become one of my favorite daily habits. It grounds me, helps me stay present, and encourages me to notice the best moments of each day.
Business Goals
In my role as a Transaction Coordinator, this month I’m aiming to close on two houses and increase my overall income. These goals keep me focused on organization, communication, and keeping my workflow smooth and intentional. July feels like a great time to create systems that will support my success for the rest of the year.
Personal Goals
For personal development, I’m planning to read two books this month. Reading helps me wind down, refuel mentally, and step away from screens, which I’ve been craving lately.
Family Goals
With Independence Day right around the corner, my goal is simple: enjoy it. I want to soak up the celebration, the fireworks, the family moments, and the reminder of how good it feels to slow down.
July Bucket List
To balance out the structure of my goals, I’m adding some fun entries to my July bucket list:
• Learn to make homemade butter
• Try creating a dupe of Chick-fil-A’s diet lemonade
These little adventures add creativity to the month and give me something new to explore in the kitchen — which always brings me joy.
As we enter July, I’m excited to commit to these intentions with focus and flexibility. Here’s to growth, progress, and meaningful moments in the month ahead.
