Happy February! Today marks the first day of a brand-new month, and one thing I like to do consistently is share my personal goals openly. Putting goals out into the world helps me do two things: begin consciously manifesting them and hold myself accountable.
These goals were actually set on January 27, and spoiler alert—I’ve already accomplished one (which you heard about yesterday). That early win already feels like a sign of alignment heading into the month.
Why I Share My Goals Publicly
Sharing goals isn’t about pressure or perfection—it’s about intention. When goals are written, spoken, and shared, they shift from abstract ideas into something tangible. Manifestation thrives on clarity, consistency, and belief, and accountability helps keep momentum moving forward.
February Financial Goals
My financial focus for February is simple but empowering:
- Stay within the budget I created
- Make my student loan payment
Another spoiler alert—I’ve already made that student loan payment. After reading recent headlines about the federal government garnishing wages, there was something deeply empowering about paying it myself rather than having it taken from me.
That shift feels like more than money—it’s about mentality, ownership, and choice.
February Health Goals
For my health goals this month, I’m focusing on consistency rather than extremes.
- Drink 64 ounces of water daily
- Continue my morning walks as part of my established exercise routine
- Add a goal of losing five pounds
While I often come close to my water intake goal, consistency has been missing. February feels like the right time to solidify that habit. Morning walks have already become a grounding part of my day, and I want to continue building on that momentum.
February Business Goals
In business, clarity and consistency are key.
My goals for February include:
- Calling leads consistently
- Closing two homes as a transaction coordinator
These goals require aligned action, not just intention, and February is my opportunity to show up with focus and follow-through.
February Personal Goals
Personal growth remains a priority, even in the busyness of everyday life.
This month, I want to:
- Read two books
- Spend one full hour unplugged from my computer and phone each day
That second goal may be the most challenging, but it also feels like one of the most important. Creating space away from screens is essential for mental clarity, creativity, and presence.
February Family Goals
Family goals ground everything else.
For February, our family intentions include:
- Celebrating Valentine’s Day
- Celebrating my husband’s birthday
- Doing something fun together as a family
These moments don’t need to be elaborate—connection is the goal.
Looking Ahead to February
These are my February goals and intentions, shared openly and intentionally. I’m excited to see what unfolds this month, how these goals evolve, and what lessons February has in store.
Here’s to alignment, accountability, and showing up—one day at a time.
