Hello November: A Month for Gratitude, Growth, and Getting Grounded

Hello November 🍂

There’s something about November that feels like a deep breath before the holiday rush. The air is crisp, the days get shorter, and it naturally invites us to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This month, I’m setting intentions that blend productivity with peace, and discipline with joy.

Here are my November goals:

  • Lose 5 lbs. and increase movement.
After a busy October, I want to get back to moving my body with purpose. Morning walks, short workouts, or even just stretching daily — it’s about consistency, not perfection.
  • Pay off a credit card.
Clearing debt feels like clearing energetic space. I’m tightening my spending, focusing on necessities, and celebrating every little win toward financial freedom.
  • Gratitude budgeting.
This is one of my favorite practices — treating my budget as a gratitude list. Instead of feeling restricted, I focus on being thankful for what my money allows me to experience and give.
  • Unplug day.
One day a week (or even a few hours at a time) with no phone, no scrolling, and no work. Just being present — reading, relaxing, or spending quality time at home.
  • Content creation.
I’m planning some cozy, heart-centered content for this season — reflections, home inspiration, and mindset pieces that speak to the warmth of November.
  • Go to Donnelley.
Nature always grounds me, and Donnelley is the perfect spot to reset, reflect, and breathe. I’m making that trip a priority this month.
  • A relaxing, fun Thanksgiving.
This year, I want to focus on connection and gratitude — less stress, more laughter, and fully soaking in the simple joy of being with family.
  • Reassess the budget.
As the holidays approach, it’s the perfect time to rework expenses, plan ahead, and keep spending aligned with my goals (and my peace of mind).

Beyond goals, November is about gratitude and grace. It’s about finding joy in the small moments — the smell of cinnamon, the glow of candles, the quiet before the holiday buzz. It’s a reminder that slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind; it means allowing space for alignment.

I’m welcoming this month with an open heart — ready for balance, blessings, and a little bit of magic.

🍁 Here’s to a month of growth, gratitude, and cozy beginnings.
